I needed to establish credit history so I went ahead and bought an air conditioner there with a 3 year warranty. The thing was a junker from the beginning. I called and complained and was told that it was normal for the a/c to be a little louder than normal because it doesn't drain the water. Instead, the water pulled from the air is used as part of the cooling process. I explained to them that it sounded like the fan was going out, not that any part of the cooling process was louder.
