I have taken Home Loan from HDFC Ltd. The Loan payment schedule is post dated cheque - amount Rs.2383/- . And the Loan A/c No.470698852. My banker name UBI -Raniganj Branch. The complain is that the cheque No.5585 (A/C payee to HDFC Ltd.)for Dec'2009 EMI has been cleared my Bank (UBI-Raniganj) and the EMI amount debited from my a/c on 21/12/2009. But HDFC claim that it was unpaid return and charge me extra for the month of DEC'09.
