My heat went out in early 6 Dec 2009. I called them and asked how long would it take to fix. They said it would take several days to get one of there contractors to fix it. I told them that it was freezing weather and could not wait. They said I could call someone local and they would reimburse me. After numerous phone calls and e-mails, I have not heard from them.
