dear sir, I purchased a photon wiz broadband connection no.9215001273 on 04 dec 09.which was blocked after 4-5 days. on my enquiry i was informed that there is some amount outstanding against me, and was to told to deposit Rs 805-00. which I did on 16-12-09. and the manasger endorsed in his own hand that all pending dues clear till date.however my connection didn't work after that, on my revisit I was told that there is some more outstanding amount against.for which they failed to provide me either the bills or the details.now inspite... read full review »
