I received horrible treatment from the cell c call centre. Did an upgrade on my contract through the call centre. They would courier the phone to me within 3 days. 7 days later the phone was eventually send to the courier company. BUT THEY GAVE A WRONG ADDRESS!!! so which means the couries could not deliver the phone and was send back into the enquire section. WHEN WILL THE SERVICE EVER IMPROVE. After several complaints to Cell C they simply ignore me. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER RELATIONS SKILL AND I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THEM. read full review »
