My problem is that Digital River do not recognize my order number and that I have lost the recently purchased & downloaded software. I really hope you can help me with this issue that has turned into a nightmare! I have contacted Microsoft Customer Centre support, I have contacted csdmsdirectservice who, ultimately have asked me to contact the american Digital River Customer Service for replacement, as the Uk telephone lines are just a joke!
