Our Company use DHL sometimes for deliveries of smaller items which we need dispached fast. Its kind of my fault as they have let me down on a few occasions. The most recent incident is where I need a wash basin bowl delivered from Hong Kong to Grimsby U.K. The item arrived smashed to pieces, of course the customer is not happy. I have had a claim submitted to DHL they say once the claim has been accepted by them, it will be another 2 weeks before they will start the delivery process again.
