I ordered a free sample and gave my credit card number for shipping only. Big mistake! They have charged over $160 on my credit card which I am disputing. I am fighting them with the help of my credit card company but still have not had the charges credited back. I have returned the product, done everything Premium White asked for, yet still they have not posted a credit to my account. Don't go through the agony that Dazzle-SMile- Premium White has given me and give them credit card info. They are a total scam and will take all they can get from you. read full review »
