dear sir, i am a part time lecturer in a renowned city collegeand i am a p.hd aspirant from calcutta university. i had submitted my synopsis to the relevant department, but since the new regulation turned up soon after, with retrospective effect, i was not granted the registration. however it has been 4 months since then, absolutely no information is being provided as to the date of the entrance exam, or even its structure or syllabus. this has led to a complete halt to my career progress path and am completely clueless as to how to advance... read full review »
