I placed an order on Jan. 8, 2010 with Cymax Stores and they promised to ship my item by Jan. 12, 2010. They charged my credit card on 1/8/10. I called this morning and the Customer Rep. on the other end reported that the supplier (morefireplaces.com) had shipped my item but, there is no tracking information at this time. She also stated "I don't know what is going on" I let her know that I would be calling back by the end of today for my tracking information. If she did not have the tracking information I would be calling Cymax Store back to cancel my order. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! read full review »
