WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and THEY"RE THIEVES!!! I ordered a movie back in Oct 2009... they claim it was delivered to me, the post office denied ever receiving it. The customer service rep was incredible rude and told me that it wasn't there issue. I asked to speak with a manger and after about an hour... I was transfered to one. He then issued the movie again, this time to a different location (in case that was the issue the first time). A month and a half goes by and still not movie.
