I supposedly purchased Adobe Reader 9.0. It was supposed to be $19.95. But they actually charged my credit card $52.92. Then when I tried to download the software, I wasn't allowed to login. I was directed to technical support . When I contacted the email address given under Software HQ technical support, I received an email stating that I hadn't purchased it from them, but that they were aware of a company using that name who had been defrauding people. read full review »
