I have just spent over 3 hours on the phone with this company. What a joke - or maybe it was me for actually spending this amount of time with them. I have been trying to re-book to change the return flight to later in the day. How is it that the new flight is available for the same price on the airline website, the travelocity website itself, and the agents can't book it at that price? I guess they are not very useful?
