Initially KI Removals were to move our furniture, but were ‘suddenly’ unable to it, ringing the day before to say they had organised another company – Steve’s Removals to do the job but it was going to cost me an extra $500. When Steve arrived, the furniture that was already in the truck was loose and needed to be restacked and properly tied before he could even load my things.
