As per contract and replacement policy replacement phones found to be defective will be replaced with out a deductible for 1 year. BUT any fault deemed to be abuse requires a new claim and a $50 deductible. Pretty straight forward... Until you actually try to make a claim... My replacement phone began to have charging issues, although the cable seemed to fit snuggly somtimes it charged somtimes not. took to Verizon and was told the charging port was defective, called Asurion and was told it is not covered because it is abuse, when asked... read full review »
