I tried to order dog food through their website, using paypal. I left different phone numbers. Somehow, I ended up ordering two items even though I only requested one. Money was deducted, via paypal for both purchases...I tried emailing and phoning - never to obtain a response. Finally, after placing my order on 06.12.09, I was able to speak to Ivan on 13.01.10, after disputing one transaction with paypal.
