Whopper is advertised on outdoor banners and menu for $2.99 (breakfast). After purchasing item, noticed I was charged $3.20. The manager, Tomasa, explained in broken English that it was an old sign and basically to go away. She refused to even go outside and LOOK at the sign. I noticed that Burger King has no way to file email complaints and I waited over 1/2 hour on a long distance call before leaving a verbal message. This is not the first experience I've had being treated rudely by a "Manager" at Burger King. I'm done and will be blogging about my experience as well. read full review »
