I have been cut off from their internet service because they say I have used it too much. No contract that I signed disclosed this. THey are hiding behind an FCC regulation. So, did they complain to FCC that this would be harmful to consumers? Or did they conspire with FCC to limit their expenses in providing a service that can be cut off vhimsically? I am calling Charter and Cox Monday morning and reporting Direct TV to my congressman and senator. Dirct Tv should be put out of business. read full review »
