When Sonama says turn key, they really mean, turn the key and lock you out. Company takes your money fast but their response and support is slower than a snail. The company is not properly funded to give you the support you need. Their vendors are not capable of getting the work done or started. No man power to get you open yet they are stilling selling franchises. They sold 18 units yet they only have 6 units that have officially been open.
