I have deactivated the cricket alerts and services even then the cricket messages still appear and continuously to my account. My Mobile no. is 09730414890 ( Airtel Prepaid). I am trying this service to be deactivated from my no. from the past six months. I have called customer care many times regarding this matter but the situation is same as there it was.
