I don't know how many people have the same story with Wells Fargo, they put you on a "Trial Payment Program" before supposedly "modifying" your loan. They don't tell you that "we no longer accept partial payments" and that your reduced "trial payment" is going to be reported on your credit as derogatory. Thus they ruin your credit. They they ask for payment of the penalties in order to"improve the chances of getting a modification." Isn't that extortion? read full review »
