I have worked with the company for 3 months but resigned foresseing instability. My last working day was 1st week of October 2009 and until now I haven't got my backpay. As far as I know it's not considered a backpay because it doesn't have a 13th month pay or tax refund as other company provide. It's just my salary for the days I've worked for, so it should not take long to compute.
