The $1 promotion advertisement clearly says that only RED colored plates are excluded from the discounted price as seen under the Terms & Conditions section (see image). However, after our meal, we were told to pay $2.29 for 8 BLUE plates that we have taken under the impression that BLUE color is definitely not RED, right?
