My tata sky id number is 1006674228. On 15 Jan 2010 at about 1530 hrs I had requested for a second connection for Rs 1599/- on the existing one. I was told that the engineer would come and install the 2nd set top box between 1730 to 1830 hrs on 16 Jan 2010. However the engineer did not turn up and his mob 9990331766 was switched off. On ringing up the help line an apology was tendered and it was told that the engineer would come between 0930-1000 hrs on 17 Jan2010 which was done.
