My dauter never recieved her Coraline back pac that I paid for. The company told me that they did not have the item and I needed to order something else. I did not want something else and they still have not given me a refund. It is now 6 months later, and the have stoped reponding to my emails. I did not have money to by her another back pac so she is using her old one still. She is very sad read full review »
