In June '09 I ordered a whole stack of TV serie collections paying USD527.45 - the DVDs I received were of absolutely terrible quality (like someone had taped them while videoing the tv screen) - I complained and they sent me another set saying that this would be better quality. It wasn't and on advising them of the same they tole me to return the lot for a refund.
