I was enrolled at University of Phoenix and was doing extremly well. my mother recieved both her bachelor and master degree from there. I got a new Job and had to change to online classes, (biggest mistake of my life) Everything was messed up I am indebt $733.00 because when I caled drpped the class my academic counselor was on vacation. So her sub didn't answer or return my phone calls nor did she drop the call from the class. I was now being charged for a class i sholdn't have been in.
