Bought a 20/20 phone card at Petro Canada on December 21st, 09. Expiry date is one month from activation date. Made a 34 second call on New Years Eve. Tried to use the calling card for the second time on January 17th, 2010 and was told there was insufficient funds. When customer service was contacted, I was informed there was a "daily maintenance fee of $0.59 and therefore the minutes were used up. No indication of this on the phone card. read full review »
