Started loan mod July 2007- They have played every trick in the book mentioned on here. Still not modified. $14, 000 in "unidentifiable" fees added. Five payment plans failed- due to WFHM taking the first payment electronic debit from our savings (which was correct), then the next payment they try submitting it by paper check withdraw through our "nonexistent" checking acct. They know we do not have a checking. Then, cancel our payment agreement. Finally got proof, getting an attorney- suing the piss out of em ASAP! read full review »
