I order 2 pairs of boots from the U.S., UPS was the carrier, but they lose the boots since Nov 24 2009. Then I asked UPS to check if they could still find it and send to my house and I was waiting. After a week, UPS wrote me said they need 5 working days more working on the searching. I said ok, and waiting. By the Jan 12 2010, I wrote to UPS again, asking there was anything they found.
