I ordered their product on a free trial, only had to pay postage, which I did. I sent a letter by email to cancel product only to receive a full charge on the product on my next visa bill. I called and they gave me a credit on my next visa bill which I received, but there was a new charge for the same amount on the new Visa bill as well. When I called them, the man was very insulting and rude and refused to give me any credit. He said they were charging for the original bottle because I hadn't canceled within 15 days. I did cancel right after I got the bottle of pills which were supposed to be a free trial. What a fraud! Buyers beware. Donna read full review »
