I received a call from Bennet and Associates stating that I owe Bodylad for a gym contract. I never signed a contarct with Bodylab, however I did go to bodylad in 2003/4 to enquire about their services. The consultant who was expalining the details to me then asked for my details and we agreed that when I am ready, I will come to sign the contract which I never did. They never called me to ensure if I was still interested or enquire about the card, they never gave me and now they are sending me debt collectors to demand payment from me.
