Where do I start. I would have to start by saying the United Airlines will not work with anyone when it comes to being able to switch a name on a ticket when someone is unable to travel. I was no longer able to travel on a vacation that a friend won thru her place of employment. The vacation was booked in October and when the vacation got closer I was not able to go. She had a fiend that was able to go on the trip with her and so all we needed to do is change the name on the ticket so her friend could go.
