My husband applied for a GE Moneybank card to utilize a local tire company's 6 mo. no interest special to pay for his tires. I tried to set up the account online in order to make a payment each month for six months. The payment was credited to the account online, however 7 days later (after the due date), a return check fee was issued to the account and the payment was reversed.
