Booked 6 tickets for a John Mayer concert. Money taken from my account beginning of November 2009. Last thursday they informed me that my tickets, for the concert happening tonight, were not after all available. Too late for me to rally round and find an alternative seller at a reasonable price, so really really feel let down, especially when I'd bought the tickets as Christmas presents for my family.
