Dear Sir/Madam, around 2 years back, SBI approach to me for getting crdit card which was free with no annual charges. They confirmed me that there will be no hidden charges, so I got the same from them (a/c No: 5264685420205906).. when first monthly statement came, SBI asked to pay me 180 Rs. where as I was not having any transaction by that card. so I called to customer care & asked about the same.
