I got both the Smith Bright and Dazzle Smile and then realized that they were billing me- even though i was w/in my 14 day trial period. I immed called and cancelled. I then sent both products back, via ups and they rec'd them the first week in December. I have called NUMEROUS times and they keep saying they refunded me and if I haven't gotten my refunds that they will contact corporate (in the UK!) and that's my only option. Every time I call they tell me.. wait 5 to 10 business days! I am at my witts ends. They owe me $135!!! read full review »
