On January 18, 2010 I took by grand daughters to see The Spy Next Door at 13:20 in theater 14. We arrived early and choose our seats. While I went to the concession stand one of your employees made by grand chidren move and gave away my seat after being informed it was taken. When I arrived back the person refused to move and your manger made no attempt to correct your employee mistake.
