I ordered an replacement AC Adapter for my Dell Ispiron 5100 laptop from batteries-buy.com on Friday 13th November, and when it arrived on 5th December it did not have the correct Dell plug, just a round one. I should have received an adapter to convert the round plug to the square Dell. I emailed and asked what they were going to do, they said send a photo of the plug I needed (even though the adapter should have been included, they did not seem to be aware of the fact).
