I recieved my electric bill over 6 months ago with an over 3, 000 charge on it. When I call the TXU ENERGY concerning this bill, they informed me that this was a fee for early termination of my contract with them. I inform them that I had not terminated my contract and had no idea who had changed my electric utility provider. I proceeded to try and find out who had changed my provider, and I was told that I could not get that information because someone else had open up a new account with my business address in another business name.
