dear sir, 1. i am a frustrated customer of yours. My landline Phone instrument is not working since three months as a result i am unable to use the outgoing and incoming facility for the same. However the Broadband is working fine. 2. i have been lodging my complaint through 1500 many times.you can kindly check the records. but unfortunately everytime i get a complaint that the docket no is closed without anyone attending to my call.
