I was charged $99.95 out of my checking account without my authorization. When I called them to tell them to refund my money she just kept telling me that I recieved an e-mail saying what the service was and to respond in 7 days to cancel. I told her I did not recieve an e-mail and I want to be refunded she just kept telling me their company does not refund any money.
