I was given a Wal-Mart money card for Christmas (2009). Nice thought, however, I cannot USE this card due to the fact that I did not receive the Wal-Mart RECEIPT with it to be able to activate it. Whatever!! What a scam!! This is ridiculous!! Who in the hell uses a receipt to activate a credit card!! Why not do it the conventional way with using the numbers on the card, or swipe to activate it like when you receive a REAL VISA CARD!
