I held a rewards 660 account never had any problems with them I was never late with any of my payments and as soon as the payments were received they were posted to my account and my credit was availible. Now that its Indigo I am having problems with them already. My payment due day for rewards 660 was for the 27th of every month scince I had not received an staement by the 19th of December because of the transition I sent my payment certified to Bank Card Services (Indigo).
