I had gone through the car wash and when I came out of it, noticed that the back of my car was still dirty. I contacted the attendant and she told me to come back in the afternoon when the manager was in as she could clearly see the car was still dirty. I went back just to let the manager know what happened and he gave me so much attitude saying that the dirt on the back of my car was oily dirt and that it doesn't come off, meanwhile I could run my finger through it and it came off.
