DirectTV is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I will be cancelling my service just as soon as I possibly can and I will tell anyobe who will listen to steer clear of this company. Their "customer service" (oxymoron for sure) is a joke. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get a rapair person out to fix a broken HD DVR. 2 days later, same problem. When I said just switch to a plain 'ol regular receiver, they said I would have to pay $70, after I already paid $199 for the damn HD DVR. read full review »
