Horrible customer service! Purchased their DVD software online. After downloading the software and receiving the activation code I started experiencing software glitches right away. I was not able to enter the code via “copy/paste” but had to type in the code one letter/number at a time. Wouldn’t be a biggy if the code wasn’t 25 characters long! The cursor would disappear after one tick. This forced you to enter the character, then click on the box again, and then enter the next character before the cursor ticked out... read full review »
