Returned an item to Portland Oregon BestBuy Item purchased online. Was told that item was credited to my account and that I was "Good to go", but that they couldn't give me a written receipt because of an error code. They've got to be kidding!! If they goofed up so badly that there was no printable receipt, how do I know they credited my account. Told them to give me a receipt or give me back item and cancel return.
