I renewed my service (Order # 5164765818) on 12/28/09. I am 81 years old, have only one computer, the sole use is to compensate for poor penmanship and to keep in touch with family in various parts of the world. I have tried in vain, while ordering, by phone, and through computer to find a way to have the portion costing $69.99 cancelled from my service and refunded to me. It is not necessary and I am impatient with my ongoing efforts to make a successful contact with anyone at Symantec. Please help me.
