i received two pair of ugg boots that did not fit correctly and tried to return them as the web site said you could but they do not respond toany e-mails to send a return merchandise number like they say they would all that you receive is an automated response that has nothing to do with the question you are writing so we shipped them back at our own expense to a brooklyn address on the receipt and they would not sign for it or pick it up i am still waiting for a response fo nearly two months just beware when purchasing from the denim zone read full review »
